If you change your mind...Within 14 days

  • Most things we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. Just return them to us in their original packaging, in a unused, saleable condition, within 14 days from date of receipt along with the invoice or order number which can be found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging and we'll give you a refund or exchange, you as the customer is liable for postage and redelivery charges..

  • For personal care products we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been washed or used. Packs will only be accepted back if they are complete. This does not affect your statutory rights. Personal care products are clearly shown on the listing pages during the purchase process.

  • If you would like us arrange the safe collection and return of any items we can organise this for you. Charges are applicable. If you wish to go-ahead with this method of return please call our store.

  • Made to order items and personalised items can only be returned if found to be faulty. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. Beds, mattresses cannot be returned if unwrapped unless faulty.

Collection charges will still apply if delivery is refused unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged (following verification at the service centre).

Please note that if you are not using the original packaging or if you have written on the box, a reboxing fee of £5 per box will be added to your collection charge. Your box size must be within the following dimensions. If the box is outside these dimensions, we will incur a surcharge of £25 from our carrier which will be passed on to you. The size of each parcel must not exceed 3 metres length and girth (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension:
Calculation = length (largest dimension) + (width + width + height + height) = 300cm or less.

If there's a fault with the product...

Within 28 days

  • If you wish to return your item(s) within 28 days from the date of receipt, we'll give you a replacement or a refund, following verification at the service centre. No collection fee is charged.

  • If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Between 28 days - 6 months

  • If you've had the product for up to 6 months following the date of receipt, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. No collection fee is charged.

  • If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

6 months +

  • If you've had the product for more than 6 months following the date of receipt, we can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair.

Returns outside the uk

we are unable to organise returns from outside the uk. These will need to be returned at your own cost.

Incorrect item(s) sent

we send thousands of items to satisfied customers every week. However, due to human or technical failure, we do, on occasion, send an incorrect item. In the unlikely event of this happening we will undertake the following:

  • If your item is bulky we will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and the correct item sent to you via courier.

  • If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the incorrect item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.

Refund procedure

once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. If we have arranged the collection on your behalf, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges back to your card account.
Any payments made by paypal will be refunded via paypal.
Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods by ck buggies, as per distance selling regulations.

Packaging & procedure

please can you ensure your order is boxed securely and tape an envelope to the outside of the box containing your invoice and reason for return. If you do not have your invoice please write your name, address, order number and reason for return.
Please note that for faulty items, you may be asked to label the box with an alternative address
